We are searching for the best festival photo!
|
You have great photos of the Headbangers Open Air in 2012? No matter whether band pictures, great fanpics or impressions.
The nicest photo will be published on our web pages (please send no pornographic, violence or other pictures offending against
the valid right (-;). The best photo will be awarded with a big poster signed by our bands and a T-shirt.
Send us your digital photos until september, 30th, 2012 to photo@headbangers-open-air.de
Conditions of participation:
All festival visitors can send their photos. The participant assures that he or she has all rights of the submitted photo,
that the photo is freely from rights of a third person and no personality rights are injured. If on the photo one or several
people are illustrated recognizably, the persons concerned must agree with the fact that the photo is published. If there are
claims from other people because of injury of their rights, the participant releases the organizer from all claims. Every
participant puts away for the organizer the not exclusive rights of use including to the right for the treatment in the sent photos
for the competition and the reporting about that.
